BU Quality Manager

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Branch Quality Manager, you are the warrant for quality in the plants and quality system on the BU according to the customer’s quality and Eurostyle Systems’ budget objectives. Manage the application of internal and external production quality processes and standards.

Your main missions will be:
• Actively participate in the definition and deployment of the quality strategy by involving the plants quality managers. Co-Animate and facilitated the C6 process in terms of process reviews, performance reviews, convergence plans etc.
• Deploy the Eurostyle ‘s quality commitments validated and signed by the Quality Director and Sales Directors to the actors concerned. Animate and optimize the functioning of the Quality Network through work planning, participation in definition of objectives, control, management of priorities
• Ensure that the quality tools & techniques are utilized at the correct time to minimize problems and risk of defects including but not limited to reverse PFMEA, control plans, process flow charts, capability studies & Gage R&R
• Support and coach the sites in the implementation of quality tools (6 quality Basics 8D, QRQC, LLC, LPA …). Organizes & Leads quality workshops and trainings within the business units. and (to) monitors the improvement of the quality level & quality skills maturity of plants.
• Consolidate plants quality results and ensure their consistency with customer scorecards. Visit customer production sites in order to improve our “customer intimacy” and interact internally on the resulting areas for improvement
• Participation in improvement of Eurostyle Quality System
• Implement best practices in terms of corrective actions in order to standardize the application on all the sites of the Business Unit in a continuous logic of improvement
• Ensure correct application of deviation process in projects, when project at the plant side. Alert of any risk of possible drift of the project in terms of Quality and request the blocking of the project if the gravity requires it
• Participate during production transfers: BTAB, ANPQP; and if necessary, during task-force missions: quality crisis, plant start-up.
• Coordinate the analysis related to guarantee returns and the implementation of corrective action plans.

• Master’s degree in quality and a minimum of 5 years experiences in quality.
• Observing and detecting anomalies on the shop floor, collecting factual data, and communicating constructively.
• Leading problem-solving activities using appropriate tools and adopting a quality mindset.
• Building and maintaining a quality system, integrating normative changes, and conducting audits.
• Utilizing quality tools to identify and mitigate risks, implement control plans, and ensure measurement equipment compliance.
• Participating in project quality management, detecting risks, and facilitating lessons learned.
• Conducting process audits, identifying non-conformities, and tracking quality indicators.
• Assessing quality risks during material changes and facilitating communication between departments.
• Effectively leading teams through coaching and skills development.
• Inspiring and engaging teams by embodying company values.
• Communicating clearly internally and externally, representing the voice of quality managers in strategic decisions.
• The position requires expertise in quality management, problem-solving, team leadership, and effective communication.
