Description et missions

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Branch Industrial Director, your main missions will be:
• Lead the logistics and packaging costing in acquisition and development
• Support plant to achieve customer satisfaction by implementing standards, improving processes, and reducing costs
• In the RFQ and development phase: supports and develops the quotation for packaging and logistics by answering with the required documents (CBD, customer documents)
• Support plant in the development of packaging and ensure consistency of proposed solutions
• By delegation from the process owner, manage and develops the logistics process (C8) through continuous improvement (implementation of new tools, sharing of best practices) to improve operational and financial performance
• Manage the cross-functional logistics issues related to customers, suppliers and regulations
• Provides support to plants in case of operational difficulties
• Support plants in the implementation of specific flows (JIS, MAF, Milkrun)
• In case of new plant implementation: ensures the activities of the logistics manager and pilots all logistic manager tasks until the resources are nominated

Profil

• You have 5 years of experience in Automotive Logistics in a plant
• Commitment to health, safety & ergonomic standards and environmental regulations
• Financial awarness : knowledge of business financial basics (Investment, Cash, SIG)
• Strong knowledge of the specific logistics requirements of automotive customers
• transport and logistics regulations, including customs formalities for international deliveries
• Knowledge on MMOG (Global Material Management Operation Guidelines)
• Knowledge related to Lean Tools in Logistics and macro-operation in logistics with SAP.
• English B2
• Ability to train/coach on shop floor
• Kaizen mindset: Ability to think process leads to result. Ability to define industrial standards and ensure they are respected.
