Under the responsibility of the Branch Costing manager, your main missions are to :
– Receive and analyze customer entry data
– Do the technical link with customer (as partnership with sales)
– Do the 1st Feasibility (design/process/…) and analyze. => Propose solution (technically and economically)
– Calculate the cost of the part (material, component, process, cycle time, operator)
– Calculate the cost of the tools (Mold, Gauge, assy jigs, welding machin…)
– Create Project and tool schedule
– Create Technical file to explain and show the hypothesis take on the quotation
– Explain the cost internally and in front of customer
– Manage the RFQ team with the other internal department (quality, logistic, manufacturing,…)
– Manage the team to improve time and knowledge.
– Ask support to expert department for strategic project (process, mold, design,…)

– You must have a degree or equivalent professional experience and be fluent in English (also German in case of ESG position)
– Knowledge on design, process in automotive plastic industry
– Knowledge on figure and able to do link between technical and sales
– Know how to use the computer tools necessary for his function (Excel + PowerPoint + 3D viewer)
– Organize a small team (hierarchical and functional)
– Able to work on remote way with international team
– Accompany the continuous progress of improvement of procedures and optimization of tools
