Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Quality Manager, you participate in and follow the quality work process of the plant, in order to guarantee the quality level required by the client. You also manage the customer’s relation in terms of quality. Your main missions will be:

  • For quality production:
  • Demonstrating respect for customer’s requirements, managing the non-conformity for internal and external customers
  • Answering the customer’s complaints
  • Maintaining the good relationship with customer
  • Leading teamwork and problem resolutions (QRQC, 8D, 5 why, 5 m), researching the root causes
  • Updating and managing the FMEA
  • Creating documents (quality control firewall, …), participating in modification process and products
  • Ensuring the following of actions plan and implementing corrective actions
  • For Quality development:
  • Participating in FMEA for new projets, validating the checking features (capability and RR)
  • Undertaking the qualification audits, putting in place the defect lists and the trainings needed for new projets
  • You have a licence degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • You have knowledge of quality tools, methods of problem-solving, plan-reading, and you have analysis abilities
  • You are able to lead a groupwork and to undertake audits
  • You have IT Microsoft Office pack skills, and you are fluent in English
