Under the direct hierarchical responsibility of the Plant Manager, and functionally of the HR Director group, you contribute to the site performance.
Your main missions will be to:
- Manage all HR aspects of the site
- Provide HR support to Plant Manager and local managers
- Ensure a good social climate at the site
- Play a support role, as a business partner, for management and other departments
- Work closely with other departments to manage the site’s skills (recruitment, training, promotions, etc.)
- Supervise variable elements and time management for payroll
- Take an active part in negotiations with trade unions
- Be responsible for communication on the site
- Ensure the implementation of mandatory policies, and HR processes on site
- Provide the group with site information/reports, and inform the group in the event of any deviation presenting a risk
