Under the management of the Plant Manager and the supervision of PLS HR Director, your main missions will be:
— Manage recruitments and temps needs regarding budget and plant activity
— Plan, negotiate and organize trainings needed for the plant
— Manage time tracking follow-up in the plant
— Insure health and safety respect in the plant and internal rules
— Insure respect of German social law requirements
— Take part to budget preparation of HR topics (recruitments, salary policy, trainings…)
— Prepare and communicate to external company payroll and time tracking elements
— Assist managers in their daily HR topics
— Manage, with the Plant Manager, unions and work council meetings
— Establish all HR documents needed (work agreements, health insurance, social declarations…)
— Manage health visits organization and follow-up
— Manage relations with external companies (temps, recruitments, administration…)
— Fulfill mandatory HR indicators and reporting
— Insure S7 and HR processes respect in the plant
— Take part to PLS HR meetings
— Manage, with the Plant Manager and PLS communication manager, communication actions done in Germany
— Take an active part to continuous improvement in the plant
— Help Plant Manager and other departments on administrative topics

This position is part of the steering committee of the plant.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE / EXPERIENCE
Bac + 4/5, with a specialization in HR and with a strong experience (10 years minimum)
English professionnal
Good knowledge in German social law
Experience in recruitment, training and management of unions
Team player and motivation to evolve
