Based in Lieu-Saint-Amand, the Eurostyle Systems Valenciennes plant started up in 1998. It is near four automotive plants within the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region: Renault Douai, Renault Maubeuge, Sevel Nord (PSA), and Toyota Onnaing.

Eurostyle Systems Valenciennes specializes in the production of interior (door panels, cabinetry) and exterior (awning grilles, mudguards, PMMA hubcaps) automotive parts, using traditional, bi-material or tri-material plastic injection technology.

The site employs 185 people and supplies automakers (Renault, Stellantis, Volvo) and certain equipment manufacturers.

The machine park comprises 22 presses, including 2 bi-material and 1 tri-material, all equipped with a robot-handler. It also features a display island and 2 door panel assembly lines. With almost 11 million parts delivered by 2021, the site’s quality level is perfectly under control, with 5 ppm and a logistics service rate close to 100%.

To satisfy client demands, the site has obtained ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications.
