JOB / MISSIONS
- Independent and autonomous management of the department based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets defined by senior management
- Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the department at the assigned location based on formulated goals
- Planning, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of internal quality audits (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, R&Rs) and environmental audits in accordance with ISO 14001
- Creation and monitoring of quality indicators (internal and external)
- Planning and implementation of sampling, only in the event of product/process changes during the series phase
- Coordination of the QM system and its Q processes at the assigned location
- Participation in new projects during project handover from the project phase to SOP
- Development of quality assurance measures and definition of quality standards
- Processing of customer and supplier complaints (including visits to customers and/or suppliers on site, if necessary)
- Updating test plans, work and test instructions, material master data sheets, and PFMEAs.
- Project-related definition and creation of quality standards in the area of leather processing
- Maintenance of quality standards and customer-specific requirements in the area of leather processing
- Quality coordination of interfaces with external and internal customers and suppliers
