As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a serial life Sales engineer. Your main mission is to enforce contracts, to lead activities to optimize commercial performance and to pilot technical developments. You have to find the right compromise between customer satisfaction and resolution of internal constraints.

As a Sales engineer you will :

– Manage the contractual relationship (contract, amendments, financial settlement, dunning letters, QCD disputes) with customers and implement corrective actions, if necessary.

– Ensure that all customer requirements & specifications are identified and well understood by the internal teams.

– Be responsible for the accuracy of serial life and aftersales prices for a customer or group of customers.

– Monitor the cost reduction actions by product family and by customer (VA/VE, monozokuri).

– Build the commercial offer according to the sales strategy and internal processes in order to present it to the customer and to book order intake.

– Quotes, assesses and validates customer requests for changes with an economic impact

– Prepare and lead the negotiation with the customer under your responsibility in order to contribute to a profitability in line with the company’s requirements.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a  sales department, ideally in the automotive industry.

You knows how to build a commercial presentation, you master profitability indicators and know how to negotiate.

English fluent

You have a good communication and you are solutions oriented.
