Eurostyle Systems Announces Planned Transfer of its Molinges Facility

Eurostyle Systems announces the effective transfer of its Molinges facility (France) to JV Gestion, a company owned and managed by the plant’s current Director, Joël Viry.

This transaction is part of Eurostyle Systems’ strategy to evolve its industrial footprint, following its integration into the DSBJ Group within the Precision Manufacturing Business Unit. The objective is to enable the Molinges site to continue its development within a dedicated entrepreneurial framework while ensuring the continuity of its operations and preserving its industrial expertise.

This acquisition project is driven by a clear commitment to:

Located in the heart of the Plastics Valley region in France’s Jura department, the Molinges facility specializes in the production of technical plastic components for the automotive industry.
