To provide an effective, high-performance organization as well as product quality and competitiveness, Eurostyle Systems has implemented, on all of its sites, a common framework of four strategic paths of action in combination with its for “Excellence Production System” (EPS).
Our EPS Academy is a two-day training course held directly in our plants.
Trainees come from right across our sites and represent the Technical, Production and Central Functions business lines as well as the Executive Committee.
At the end of this course, the trainees go away armed with sound knowledge about our tools and processes and are ready to embrace the mindset unique to Eurostyle Systems.
Thanks to this training, we can thus move away from a “toolkit” culture to one of continuous improvement, as intended in our corporate strategy.
