The ambition is clearly defined: to obtain the best performance in terms of safety, working conditions, quality, cost and delivery time.
This approach aims to meet the requirements of our customers, but it also contributes to the good working conditions of all our employees.
Eurostyle Systems relies on a methodology rigorously deployed to all its employees and a production system equipped with a set of methods and tools in a working environment that promotes quality, performance and motivation of the teams that make up its 14 factories and 4 tech-centers, as well as those that make up the central positions.
The „Excellence Production System“ approach is audited every year on all sites. This is a guarantee that the strategic objectives will be achieved and that the success and performance of all sites will be maintained over the years. The audit is structured around eight major themes:

- Quality
- Employee involvement
- Industrial equipment of the site
- Production
- Production flows
- Logistics
- Management
The „EPS 2022“ audit enabled the Melloussa plant (Morocco) to top the rankings and prove that collective efforts have paid off.
The Bànovce (Slovakia) and Liptovský Mikuláš (Slovakia) plants came second and third respectively.
This audit will also keep the sites aligned with the continuous improvement and 2023 strategic axes defined by Eurostyle Systems.
