Resulting from the merger of 2 sites located in the Senon region, the Eurostyle Systems Sens plant has been in operation since 1991 in the new business park of the Fontaine d’Azon on the suburb of Sens. It is specialized in the production of medium and large size injected plastic parts for the interior and exterior of vehicles.
With a turnover of 45 million euros in 2020, the site employs 230 people and supplies the assembly plants of Stellantis (Mulhouse, Sochaux, Rennes, Poissy, Madrid) of Renault (Batilly, Flins, Sandouville) and SMART.
With a machine park of 26 traditional injection molding machines ranging from 350T to 2300T and 8 bi-material injection molding machines ranging from 350T to 1500T, the plant, with a production and logistics area of 21,000 m2, delivers approximately 15,000,000 automotive components annually.
The site’s performance indicators show excellent quality control with a level of 13 ppm and a service rate of over 99%.
Today, Eurostyle Systems Sens is in full expansion, and its vocation is to welcome new projects for the different vehicle brands of the Stellantis group.
