Eurostyle Systems in Morocco—Plastic Production Site
Created in 2010 as a local partner to Renault, the Eurostyle Systems Tangier plant, located in the Tangier Export Processing Zone (Morocco), near the airport, specializes in the production of interior & exterior trim parts.
The site employs more than 500 people and supplies the assembly plants of Renault Tangier & Casablanca, Ford Europe, Stellantis Morocco and Europe, as well as equipment manufacturers in North Africa and Latin America, such as Yazaki, Leoni, SEWS & APTIV, for cross-functional projects of the Stellantis automaker.
The plant is equipped with 28 injection molding machines, ranging from 350T clamping force to 2,700T, as well as around 100 injection molding tools for series production and PR parts. The plant has a production and logistics area of 19,400 m², and delivers around 32 million parts a year.
The site is part of a continuous improvement program, and was ranked 2nd in EPS (Excellence Production System) in 2023 out of the 14 sites in the Branch, the site’s performance indicators show excellent control of Quality, with a level of 10 ppm achieved in 2023, as well as a customer service rate of 100%.
Our plant is ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certified, and has been awarded Ford’s Q1 in 2022.
