Eurostyle Systems is a key player in the design and production of interior and exterior solutions for the automotive industry, with over 60 years of experience and expertise in this field. We support manufacturers in developing cleaner, lighter, more comfortable vehicles with increasingly distinctive interior and exterior designs.
With 15 production plants and 4 technical centers, we now employ 3,200 people across 11 countries, generating €440 million in revenue.
Since 1964, we have built a long-standing relationship of trust with our clients.
Our 4 technical centers in France, Romania, Germany, and Slovakia employ 300 people dedicated to research, development, and testings for all units in the plastics and leather division and host support functions for the Branch.
The 38 employees of the Slovak Technical Center located in Košice bring together expertise in costing and business acquisition, product development and quality, as well as industrialization.
As a member of the project development department, you report to a Project Manager dedicated to our German projects, based in the German Technical Center, in Würzburg. From our Slovak Technical Center, you manage project for German automotive customers, for which the company has been nominated through their various phases (development, industrialization, etc.) until the mass production launch of new products. You are part of a multi-disciplinary project team and ensure compliance with cost, quality and deadline criteria.
• Analyze customer requirements, input data and contractual commitments
• Define internal planning according to milestones agreed with the customer and load/capacity constraints
• Supervise the product and process design phase to verify project feasibility
• Participate in suppliers and subcontractors sourcing
• Manage investments (machines, tools, etc.) in line with the project schedule and budget
• Ensure product quality convergence in the pre-production phase (implementation of part inspection, definition of action plans following non-conformities) in conjunction with product analysts and pilots
• Manage the transfer and industrialization phase in the factory, in conjunction with the methods and industrialization departments
• Coordinate product and production process qualification with internal players and the customer
• Manage project and factory margins
• Manage the invoicing process (update milestones in ERP, collect documents, etc.)
• Communicate and coordinate the customer and internal departments during the various phases of the project (negotiate economic, planning and quality aspects, define action plans, participate in technical choices, etc.)
• Guarantee project completion in compliance with internal processes
• Report on project progress to line management (difficulties encountered, feedback)
• Participate in meetings held throughout the project (technical report, economic and budgetary status, hard points, deviations and associated action plans)
• Ensure that deliverables are handed over at the various milestones, in compliance with customer processes and project quality criteria
Holding a master’s degree specialized in Project Management or a General Engineering degree, you have at least five years of experience in project management within the automotive industry. You have a solid knowledge of project management methods and tools, and are familiar with standards, norms, and customer requirements applicable to the automotive sector. Your leadership and communication skills allow you to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and succeed in managing customer relationships. Your proactive mindset, adaptability and pragmatism are additional assets that will contribute to your success in this role. Given our international environment, the mastery of German is required. Proficiency in English would also be highly appreciated.
