The site specializes in the production of automotive parts for the interior (e.g. trim components and door panels) and exterior (e.g. bonnet vent, mud flaps, and PMMA hubcaps) using standard and two-material injection moulding technology.

Its 2012 turnover was €26 million, it has 169 employees, and it serves carmakers Renault, PSA, and Volvo as well as the automotive part manufacturer Faurecia.

The plant’s machine fleet includes 22 presses, including three low-pressure and two two-material units, all equipped with material-handling robots. Just under 11 million parts were delivered in 2012, and the site boasts nearly flawless quality control with a defect rate of 9 ppm and a logistical service level close to 100%.

To satisfy client demands, the site has obtained ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications.
