Eurostyle Systems Türkiye Deri ve Plastik Ürünler Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş., 19 Aralık 2023 tarihinde Bursa’da kurulmuştur. Türkiye’de gerçekleştirilen yatırımın başlangıç noktası, Stellantis grubunun Türkiye’deki üretim partneri olan Tofaş ile bağlantılı olarak geliştirilen projesi olmuştur. Söz konusu proje Eurostyle Systems’ın Türkiye’de tasarım ve üretim faaliyetlerini başlatmasına zemin hazırlamıştır.
Şirketin kuruluşunun ardından Bursa Nilüfer Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde otomotiv sektörüne yönelik plastik enjeksiyon üretim altyapısının kurulmasına başlanmıştır. Bursa’nın Türkiye otomotiv sanayisinin merkezlerinden biri olması, Eurostyle Systems Türkiye’nin üretim ve ürün geliştirme faaliyetlerini otomotiv ana sanayi firmaları ile yakın iş birliği içerisinde yürütmesine olanak sağlamaktadır.
Kurulan üretim tesisi yaklaşık 3.400 m² üretim alanı üzerinde konumlandırılmış olup, farklı tonaj aralıklarında çalışan 120 ton ile 1.200 ton arasında kapasiteye sahip enjeksiyon makineleri, robot destekli otomasyon sistemleri ve merkezi hammadde besleme altyapısı ile donatılmıştır.
Bu teknik altyapı, otomotiv iç ve dış plastik bileşenlerinin yüksek kalite standartlarında üretimini mümkün kılarken aynı zamanda ürün geliştirme ve üretilebilirlik analizlerinin yürütülmesine de uygun bir mühendislik ortamı sağlamaktadır.
Eurostyle Systems Türkiye was established on December 19, 2023, in Bursa, Turkey. The Group’s expansion into Turkey stemmed from a project developed in partnership with Tofaş, the Stellantis Group’s production partner in the country. This project marked the beginning of Eurostyle Systems’ design and manufacturing operations in Turkey, enabling the Group to establish a long-term industrial presence in this strategic market.
Following the company’s incorporation, work began on setting up a plastic injection manufacturing facility for the automotive sector within the Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone in Bursa. Located at the heart of one of Turkey’s key automotive hubs, this site allows Eurostyle Systems Türkiye to develop its production and engineering activities in close collaboration with major automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
The industrial site features approximately 3,400 m² of production space. It is equipped with plastic injection molding machines ranging from 120 to 1,200 tons, robotic automation systems, and a centralized raw material supply infrastructure.
This state-of-the-art technological infrastructure enables the manufacture of interior and exterior automotive plastic components that meet the highest quality standards. It also provides a high-performance engineering environment conducive to new product development, the optimization of industrial processes, and the execution of feasibility and industrialization analyses.
